摘要
本文主要介绍利用西门子PLC对金盐银盐的生产车间进行远程监控,并和车间内的气体报警系统进行通信,对车间内的有毒气体含量进行记录,与鼓风机之间实现联动、达到迅速排除有害气体的目的,以免发生生产事故。
The paper introduces how to Design and Realize the Remote Monitoring and Controlling System of the production of KAu（CN）2,AgCN and KAg（CN）2. And it will communicate with the Gas Alarm system; record the content of poisonous gas. When the content exceeds the permissive coaled-gas content, plc will send signals to the blower. So the blower will work fast to exhaust the poisonous gas and can avoid the accident.
