根据双线码垛线的工艺流程和控制要求,设计了基于S7-200 SMART PLC和SMARTLINE触摸屏的控制系统,与ABB机械手协同工作完成高速码垛。经现场运行测试,该系统工作稳定、性能高效,满足用户的需求。
According to working process and control reuiqrements of dual line palletizing system, electric control proposal consisting of S7-200 SMART PLC and SMART LINE HMI was adopted, cooperating with ABB robots to realize high-speed palletizing. After field operation test, the system works stably with high efficiency, meeting the customer＇s needs.
