以麦草化学浆原纸生产轻量涂布纸的技术 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了以70 %以上麦草化学浆生产轻量涂布纸的可行性。试验分为实验室研究和生产试验两部分 ,重点考查了影响表面强度的因素。生产试验结果显示 :纸机机内涂布和软压光运转正常 ,成纸性能好 ,试验纸属无光泽型 ,表面强度达到2 25m/s ,印刷光泽度达到52 3 %。 The feasibility of using base paper containing over 70%wheat straw chemical pulp to produce LWC has been investigated.This study was carried out in two stages,the laboratory study and mill trial.The study is designed to investigate the factors that affect the coated paper's surface strength.Mill trial results showed that the paper machine including the on-line coater and soft calender run normally,and finished paper properties were good.The mill trial paper is matt finished.Its surface strength reached 2.25m/s,print gloss of 52.3%.
