秦皇岛港电能计量系统设计与实现浅析

摘要 为加强对电能管理,进一步节能减排,秦皇岛港对电能计量系统进行了升级改造,建立了一套可靠实用的电能计量自动化系统。分析原先电能计量系统的不足。提出对该系统的改造方案和实施办法。这一改造对提升节能减排能力,提高管理效益具有积极的作用。 In order to strengthen power management, further save power and reduce exhaustion, the power measuring system of Qinhuangdao Port has been updated and reformed, and a reliable power measuring automatic system has been set up. Shortcomings of original power measuring system are analyzed. Reform plan of this system and imPlementing method is put forward. This reform plays an active role for raising power-saving ability and enhance managing effect.
