艾灸疗法联合护理干预对痔疮术后尿潴留的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Moxibustion Therapy in Combination with Nursing Intervention in Treating Uroschesis After Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的探讨艾灸疗法联合系统性护理对预防痔疮术后尿潴留的疗效。方法选取我院2011年4月-2012年2月收治的68例痔疮术后患者,随机分为对照组及实验组。对照组采用常规护理,实验组艾灸气海、关元、中极穴、三阴交等穴位,同时进行系统性护理干预,比较2组对促进膀胱功能恢复的疗效和护理满意度。结果实验组患者术后尿潴留发生率为2.94%,对照组为11.76%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。实验组护理满意率为94.12%,对照组为76.47%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论艾灸穴位结合系统性护理能降低痔疮患者术后尿潴留发生率,提高护理满意度,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of moxibustion therapy in combination with systemat- ic nursing in preventing uroschesis after hemorrhoid surgery. Method 68 cases of patients undergoing hemor- rhoid surgery received in our hospital from April 2011 to February 2012 were selected and randomly divided in- to control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and moxi- bustion was applied at acupuncture points such as Qihai, Guanyuan, Zhongjixue, Sanyinjiao in patients of the experimental group while systematic nursing intervention was given to them. The therapeutic effect on the re- covery of bladder function and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results Incidence rate of uroschesis after surgery in patients of the experimental group was 2. 94% and that in the control group was 11.76%, and differences between the two groups were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Rate of nursing sat- isfaction in the experimental group was 94.12% and that in the control group was 76. 47%, and differences be- tween the two groups were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion treatment on acu- puncture points in combination with systematic nursing can reduce the incidence rate of uroschesis after surgery in patients with hemorrhoid and improve the nursing satisfaction with remarkable therapeutic effects, which is worth clinical promotion.
