某大学新生军训期间常见病分析及对策探讨

Analysis on Common Disease of Freshmen in a Certain University During Military Training and Discussion on its Countermeasures

目的了解新生军训期间常见疾病发病情况,为制定相应的预防措施提供科学依据。方法对2009年和2010年新生军训期间常见疾病进行统计学分析。结果 2009年发病率最高的是上呼吸道感染,发病率为10.50%,其后依次为急性胃肠炎、痛经、外伤、各种皮炎及过敏等,分别为2.50%,2.17%,2.17%,2.00%。2010年发病率最高的仍是上呼吸道感染,发病率为12.94%,其后为急性胃肠炎、外伤,各种皮炎及过敏、口腔疾病等,分别为3.92%,2.63%,2.49%,1.82%。女生在急性胃肠炎、皮肤疾病及窦性心动过速等的发病率高于男生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);男生的外伤、急性结膜炎发病率高于女生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论大学新生由于环境、饮食改变及军训体能运动消耗较大,易发生呼吸、消化系统疾病以及外伤、过敏等疾病,应采取有效措施减少此类疾病的发生。

Objective To have knowledge about the incidence of common diseases in freshmen during military training so as to provide scientific basis for making corresponding preventive measures.Method Common diseases of freshmen during military training in 2009and 2010were statistically analyzed.Results In 2009,disease with the highest incidence rate was upper respiratory tract infection with a percentage of 10.50%,which was followed by acute gastroenteritis,dysmenorrheal,trauma,various dermatitis and allergy and the like with a respective percentage of 2.50%,2.17%,2.17%,2.00%.In 2010,disease with the highest incidence rate was still upper respiratory tract infection with a percentage of 12.94%,followed by acute gastroenteritis, trauma,various dermatitis and allergy,oral diseases and the like with a respective percentage of 3.92%, 2.63%,2.49%,1.82%.Incidence rate of such diseases as acute gastroenteritis,skin diseases,sinus tachycardia in female students was higher than male students,and the differences were statistically significant（p 0.05）.Incidence rate of such diseases as trauma and acute conjunctivitis in male students was higher than female students,and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion Diseases of respiratory and digestive system,trauma and allergy frequently occurs in freshmen thanks to changes in their living environment and dietary changes as well as huge energy consumption during military training,so effective measures shall be taken to reduce incidence of the above-mentioned diseases.
