医护人员心理健康现状及影响因素研究

Study on Mental Health Status and Influence Factor of Medical Staff

近年来,医务工作者的心理状态引起了许多学者的关注。本文综合分析了我国医护人员心理健康现状及影响因素。大量研究表明,医护人员的心理健康水平偏低,影响医务人员心理健康水平的主客观因素为工作环境、人格类型、应对方式等。为保障医护人员的身心健康,应采取有针对性的心理干预措施,以应对高风险的职业应激源,适应紧张的医务工作。

Mental status of medical staff has attracted attentions from many scholars over recent years.This paper comprehensively analyzes the mental health status and influence factors of medical staff in China.Study on massive materials show that the mental health level of medical staffs is relatively low.Subjective and objective factors influencing medical staffs＇ mental health are working environment,personality type,coping style etc.In order to ensure medical staffs＇ mental health,pertinent mental intervention measures shall be adopted to cope with the stressors of high-risk professions and to adapt to the intense medical work.
