我国生活垃圾处理政策与“十二五”规划 被引量:3

摘要 “十二五”时期,国家在环保领域和废弃物管理制定颁布了一系列规划,为我国生活垃圾处理设施建设和提升管理水平提供了重要机遇。“十八大”明确提出了“生态文明”、“美丽中国”、“节约资源”、“保护环境”等内容,这也给垃圾处理行业创造了很大的发展空间和机遇。本文结合国家最新的垃圾处理相关统计数据,介绍了我国2012年的新政策和新法规,并分析了国家垃圾处理“十二五”规划的有关情况。
