Several issues on laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer

直肠癌已成为消化道恶性肿瘤的头号杀手,而腹腔镜技术因其视野放大、解剖清晰、廓清精准等优势,已逐渐成为直肠癌外科治疗的主流技术与方向。直肠癌的腹腔镜外科治疗仍面临严峻挑战,直肠癌根治应关注:腹腔镜手术下的无瘤技术及原则,腹腔镜直肠癌根治涉及的过度治疗/切除防范,低位直肠癌侧方清扫的个体化原则,注重规范化治疗,不断提高直肠癌外科治疗水平。

The incidence of rectal cancer, which has been recognized as number one of cancers of the alimentary tract, is increasing in recent years. For the advantages of enlarged visual field, distinct anatomy and precise lymphadenectomy, application of laparoscopy has been the main trend in surgical treatment of rectal cancer. However, more attention should be paid to several issues arising from laparoscopic surgery in treating rectal cancer, including laparoscopic non-touch techniques and principles, precaution of excess resection, and personalizing principles of lateral lymph nodes resection for lower rectal cancer. Based on standardized surgical management, we aimed to improve the therapeutic level of rectal cancer.
