摘要
传统教学模式在发挥学生创造能力、自主学习能力以及协作学习能力方面的弊端日益凸显。通过运用绩效评价的方法对传统学科教学模式与网络教学模式相整合的混合学习模式进行研究,分析某中职院校混合学习的个案,探析混合学习模式应用的有效性、优越性和容易忽视的问题,并对课堂教学中混合学习模式的运用提出一定的绩效改进策略。
Traditional teaching model has a apparently defect in the part of students'creativity,self-study ability and coop- eration ability. In this paper through use HPT to analyses a new learning model, search the problems occurred in teaching process and its improvement strategies.
