Research on Training Path of Innovation Ability of Graduate Student Under IT Environment

培养创新人才是高等教育改革的重要目标之一,研究生教育处于高等教育的顶端,研究生创新能力的培养是研究生培养机制改革的重要内容。在信息化环境下,研究生创新能力的培养应树立多学科培养理念;构建开放式的研究生精品课程网,整合优质学习资源;以信息技术促进研究生课堂教学改革,探索网络互动教学模式创新;构建研究生学术交流网,激发研究生科研的内在动力。分别就这几个方面做了详细分析,为信息化环境下研究生创新能力的培养提供了新的路径与借鉴。

The training of innovation talent is one ofthe important goals of higher education reform. Postgraduate education is in the top of higher education and the training of innovative abilities of graduate student is the important content of grad- uate students training mechanism reform. Under IT environment, the training path of innovative abilities of graduate student should establish a muhidisciplinary training concept, construct an open graduate courses network and integrate quality learning resources,promote postgraduate classroom teaching re{orm by information technology and explore the net- work interactive teaching mode innovation, construct a postgraduate academic exchange network in order to stimulate re- search intrinsic motivation of graduate students.
