摘要
创新人才已经成为软件行业的核心竞争力,胜任力模型是界定创新人才的有效工具。在研究胜任力模型和创新人才定义的基础上,构建了软件创新人才的胜任力模型。对模型要素进行了详细分析,发现隐性要素比显性要素更重要。最后,基于该模型,给出了软件创新人才培养建议。
Innovation talent has become the core competitiveness of the software industry, the competency model is an ef- fective tool for defining innovative talent. In this paper, on the basis of research competency model and innovative talent definition,build a competency model for software innovation talent. Detailed analysis,we found that the recessive factor is more important than the dominant elements. Finally,based on the model, some recommendeds about software innovation talent training have given.
