锡点炉炉温控制设定曲线的确定

Establishment of Temperature Setting Curve of Tin Freezing Point Stove

在大量试验的基础上 ,整定出两条锡点炉炉温程序控制设定温度曲线。试验结果表明 ,用这两条设定温度曲线可获得良好的控制效果。实验中还总结出一套调整设定温度曲线的规则 。

Based on the experiments, two temperature setting curves of tin freezing point stove are established. The test results show that the two temperature setting curves can control the tin freezing point stove well and give good results. A set of rules for adjusting the temperature setting curve are also summarized. These rules can be used as the most basic adjustment strategy for adaptive control of the tin freezing point stove temperature.
