柔肝理气止咳方从肝论治慢性支气管炎慢性咳嗽慢性迁延期对照观察

Study of RouGan LiQi ZhiKe method in treatment of hronicbronchitis in the protracted course of chronic cough clinical curative

[目的]观察柔肝理气止咳方从肝论治慢性支气管炎慢性咳嗽慢性迁延期疗效。[方法]将80例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例氨溴索片、复方甘草片、咳嗽剧烈者予磷酸可待因片口服。治疗组40例自拟柔肝理气止咳方(柴胡15g,白芍20g,黄芩、青黛、海蛤壳各10g,防风12g,乌梅15g,五味子12g,川楝子、桔梗各10g,杏仁、炙紫菀、炙款冬花各15g,生甘草6g)1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。均连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、舌、脉;血液常规及生化指标、胸部CR。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈22例,显效12例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组临床治愈10例,显效9例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组;主症(咳、痰、喘)消失时间治疗组短于对照组;临床症状改善治疗组优于对照组。[结论]从肝论治慢性咳嗽对慢性支气管炎慢性迁延期慢性咳嗽症状有明显改善作用,能较快诱导患者症状缓解。

Continuous 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Result ] The treatment group 22 cases were cured, 12 cases markly effect, effective in 3 cases, 3 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 92.50%. The control group of 10 cases were cured, 9 cases markly effect, effective in 10 cases, 11 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 72.50%. The effect of the treatment group than in control group ; Main symptoms （cough, phlegm, wheezing） disappearance time of treatment group was shorter than control group; Clinical symptoms of product improvement in treatment group than in control group. [ Conclusion] treated from the liver of chronic cough of chronic bronchitis chronic delayed chronic cough symptoms improved significantly, can rapidly induced in patients with symptomatic relief.
