五仁汤加减治疗功能性便秘随机平行对照研究

WuRenTang Decoction with This Treatment of Functional Constipation Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察五仁汤加减治疗功能性便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组对照组58例枸橼酸莫沙比利片5mg,3次/d,口服。治疗组62例五仁汤(桃仁15g,杏仁15g,柏子仁9g,松子仁5g,郁李仁5g,陈皮15g),随证加减,每剂出300mL,100mL煎服,3次/d。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈42例,好转14例,未愈6例,总有效率90.32%。对照组治愈20例,好转16例,未愈22例,总有效率62.07%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]五仁汤加减治疗功能性便秘疗效满意。

[ Objective ] To ohserve the Therapeutic Efficacy of Modified WuRenTang Decoction on function- al constipation. [ Method] Using random parallel control method, 120 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group （n = 58） with mosapride citrate tablets,5 mg, 3 times/d, oral. tile treatment group （ n = 62 ） with WuRenTang Decoction （ Taoren 15g, Xieren 15g, Baizhiren 9g, Songzhiren 9g, Yuliren 5g, Chenpi 15g. ） ,with disease and syndrome, each agent out 300 mL, 100 ml Fried clothing, 3 times/d. Continuous treatment 2 weeks for one period of treatment. Observation the clinical symptoms, the adverse reaction. Continuous treatment 1 treatment, decision curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 42 paticts were cured, improvement in 14 cases, 6 cases recovered, the total effective rate 90.32%. Twenty cases of control group cure, the 16 cases, 22 cases recovered, the total effective rate 62.07%. The curative eftect of treatment group was better than control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion] WuRenTang Decoction with this treatment of functional constipation curative effect satisfied.
