中药敷脐联合TDP照射治疗肝硬化腹水对照观察

Clincal Observation on the Chinese Medicine Umbilical Apply Combined with the TDP Irradiation for Treatment on Liver Cirrhosis Ascites

[目的]观察中药敷脐联合TDP照射治疗肝硬化腹水疗效。[方法]将80例随机分为两组。对照组41例常规西药治疗。治疗组39例①中药脐敷(芒硝40g,甘遂10g,肉桂3g,桃仁10g),每日更换1次;②TDP照射治疗,30min/次,早晚各1次;常规西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肝功能、腹水变化、不良反应。连续治疗2个疗程(20d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效17例,无效7例,总有效率82.10%。对照组显效12例,有效14例,无效15例,总有效率63.40%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。[结论]中药敷脐联合TDP照射治疗肝硬化腹水有明显的临床疗效。

[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on umbilicus combined with TDP irradiation for the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis. [ Methods ] 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 41 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment. 39 cases in treatment group treated with the spreading umbilicus （Glauber＇s salt 40g, Euphorbia 10g, cinnamon 3G, peach 10g） , daily replacement of 1 times; TDP irradiation, 30min/times, and 1 times of conventional western med- icine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, liver function, ascites, change adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 2 courses （20d） ,curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 15 cases, effective 17 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 82.10%. The control group 12 cases markedly effective, effective 14 cases, invalid 15 cases, the total efficiency of 63.40%. The clinical effect of the treatment group than in control group. [ Conclusion ] The Traditional Chinese Medicine umbilical apply combined with TDP irradiation were effective for treatment on liver cirrhosis ascites.
