益心舒胶囊联合拜阿司匹灵治疗冠心病高黏稠血症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察益心舒胶囊联合拜阿司匹灵治疗冠心病高黏稠血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,均常规治疗。对照组26例拜阿司匹灵,0.5g/次,6h服用1次。治疗组26例益心舒胶囊,3次/d,4粒/次,口服,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组有效24例,无效2例,总有效率92.31%。对照组有效21例,无效5例,总有效率80.76%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益心舒胶囊联合拜阿司匹灵治疗冠心病高黏稠血症疗效满意,值得推广。

[ Conclusion ] Yixin Shu Capsule Combined with Aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease is high viscosity hyperlipidemia satisfactory outcome is worth promoting.
