辨证治疗肾炎水肿30例

30 Cases Of TCM Treatment Of Nephritis Edema

[目的]观察中医辨证治疗肾炎水肿疗效。[方法]对30例肾炎水肿门诊患者分型论治。急性肾炎(阳水)风寒型疏散风寒、利水渗湿,麻黄加术汤合五皮饮加减;风热型清热解表、兼以利水,麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减。慢性肾炎(阴水)脾肾阳虚型,温肾补脾利水为主,自拟温肾方。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗7个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈12例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。[结论]中医辨证治疗肾炎水肿疗效满意。
