自拟益胃汤联合盐酸托烷司琼注射液治疗肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐随机平行对照研究

The Modified Yiwei Decoction combined with Tropisetron Hydrochloride Injection in the Treatment of Tumor Chemotherapy Nausea and Vomiting after Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察自拟益胃汤联合盐酸托烷司琼注射液治疗肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将196例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组98例化疗前30min用盐酸托烷司琼4mg静注,连续注射3d,期间进行化疗治疗。治疗组98例服用自拟益胃汤(党参30g,黄芪30g,茯苓12g,半夏12g,竹茹10g,陈皮10g,炒麦芽15g,生姜10g,枳壳15g,厚朴6g,甘草6g,砂仁6g,大枣5枚)。每日1剂,分2次水煎,加水1000mL,煎后600mL,于化疗前lh和化疗后4h、8h各口服200mL。西医治疗同对照组连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状。连续治疗2个化疗疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组完全缓解64例,部分缓解30例,轻度缓解3例,无效1例,总有效率95.92%。对照组完全缓解37例,部分缓解30例,轻度缓解27例,无效4例,总有效率68.37%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]自拟益胃汤联合盐酸托烷司琼注射液治疗肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。

[Objective ] Observate the modified Yiwei decoction combined with tropisetron hydrochloride injection in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy nausea and vomiting after effect. [ Methods ] Use the random parallel control method, 196 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly numbering method. During chemotherapy treatment, 98 cases in the control group inject 4rag tropisetron hydrochloride injection with 30rain before chemotherapy and continuous injection of 3D, The treatment group on the basis of the con- trol group ,Take the Yiwei Decoction addition and subtraction（ Codonopsis pilosula 30g, Huang Qi 30g, Fu Ling 12g, Banxia 12g, Zhu Ru 10g, Dried tangerine peel 10g,Fried malt 15g, Sheng Jiang 10g, Fructus aurantii 15g, Magnolia officinalis 6g, Licorice 6g, Amomum villosum 6g, Jujube 5 numbers） , a dose of one day, water decoction of 2 times, add 1000mL of water, after Decocting medicinal herbs the water only has 600mL, oral 200mL before chemotherapy in LH 1 hour and after chemotherapy in LH 4 hours, 8 hours, Continuous treatment with 7 days for 1 courses. Observate theclinical symptoms, continuously treat of 2 courses of chemotherapy, Judge, curative effect. [ Result ] The treatment group completely remisses in 64 cases, partially remisses in 30 cases, mildly remisses in 3 cases and Invalids in 1 cases, The treatment group has the total efficiency of 95.92% ; The control group completely remisses in 37 cases, partially remisses in 30 cases, mildly remisses in 27 cases, and Invalids in 4 cases, The control group has the total efficiency of 68.37%. The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Modified Yiwei decoction combined with tropisetron hydrochloride has good clinical curative effect tropisetron injection in the treatment of tumor af- ter chemotherapy nausea and vomiting and worthily promotes.
