饮食与营养是保证、恢复健康的基本手段。合理的饮食和适当地限制食物摄入量可以推迟衰老,延长寿命。遵循中医理论,做好饮食调护工作。研究和实施中医食疗、食养。防止早老和老年多发病,而且是维护老年人健康,提高生活质量的一项重要护理内容。
Diet and nutrition are the basic method of ensuring healthy and recovering. Reasonable diet and limiting food intake dose properly could postpone senium and increasing longevity. According to theory of TCM, we do the diet - nursing job as possible as we can. Researching and implementing diet therapy and diet regimen of TCM, it is an important nursing content ,not only to prevent senilism and geratic frequently - occurring disease, but also to maintain geratic health and improve the quality of life.
