中药烫疗配合护理腰疼随机平行对照研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine Ironing and Care Back Pain Randomized and Controlled Study

[目的]观察中药烫疗配合护理腰疼疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组50例心理护理和卧床护理,观察组50例中药烫疗配合护理。连续治疗护理4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]观察组治愈31例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组治愈7例,有效25例,无效18例,总有效率64.00%。观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中药烫疗结合护理能有效缓解患者痛苦,提高临床疗效。

[ Objective ] The observed Chinese medicine ironing and care back pain efficacy. [ Methods ] Randomized controlled method, 100 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table. 50 patients were treated psychological care and ambulatory care, the observation group, 50 cases of traditional Chinese medicine ironing and care. Continuous treatment and care of four weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment course, to determine the efficacy. [ Results ] Observation group,31 cases were cured, effective in 16 cases,3 cases, the total effective rate of 94. 00%. Control group, 7 cases were cured, effective in 25 cases, invalid 18 cases,the total effective rate of 64. 00%. The observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Chinesemedicine hot spa combi- nation care can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients and improve clinical outcomes.
