天麻钩藤饮对高血压病患者血压及抗氧化酶活性的影响

Effect of Tianmagouteng decoction on blood pressure and autioxidant enzyme activities in the hypertensive patients

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的血压以及血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响。方法将住院病例中符合诊断的60名患者随机分为治疗组(天麻钩藤饮组)和对照组(硝苯地平组)各30例,治疗4周后,观察患者两组患者血压的变化并测定血浆SOD和血清CAT活性。结果两组患者经治疗后血压均明显下降,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。但治疗组SOD和CAT升高较对照组明显(P<0.01)。结论天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢性高血压病患者有明显降压作用并且能显著升高其血浆SOD水平,增强血清CAT活力。

Objective To discuss the effect of Tianmagouteng decoction on blood pressure and autioxidant enzyme activities in the hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang. Methods Sixty hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group-tianmagouteng decoction and nifedipine group. After treatment for 4 weeks, measure the blood pressure and autioxidant enzyme activities of the patients. Results The blood pressure was declined in the 2 groups, there was no significant difference between them（P 〉 0. 05 ）. But the activities of SOD and CAT was significantly increased in tianmagouteng decoction group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Tianmagouteng decoction can reduce blood pressure in the hypertension patients and increase the serum of SOD and CAT.
