摘要
目的观察左西替利嗪治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法 78例荨麻疹患者(其中急性荨麻疹41例,慢性荨麻疹37例)接受左西替利嗪(5mg/片),1次1片,每天1次,进行治疗效果和安全性的评价。结果急性荨麻疹的有效率为92.7%,慢性荨麻疹有效率为75.7%,总有效率为84.6%,总不良反应率为5.1%。结论左西替利嗪治疗荨麻疹是安全且有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of levocetirizine in the treatment of urticaria patients. Methods 78 patients（41 cases of acute urticarial patients and 37 case of chronic urticarial patients） received levocetirizine（5mg/table）,one tablets each time,once a day,and evaluated the efficacy and safety. Results The effective rate of acute urticaria patients was 92.7% and 75.7% in chronic urticaria.The total effective rate was 84.6%,and the total rate of the side effect was 5.1%. Conclusions Levocetirizine is effective and safe for the treatment of urticaria.
