成年癫痫患者婚育状况调查研究

Analysis on status of marriage and fertility of adults with epilepsy

目的调查成年癫痫患者的婚育状况,有助于了解和提高癫痫患者生活质量。方法通过当面或电话对2002年6月至2012年6月在我院门诊或住院部求诊的730例成年癫痫患者婚育情况进行调查,内容包括患病后癫痫患者是否结婚、是否离异、是否生育、对婚姻生活满意度、病情控制情况等。结果入组癫痫患者患病后约68%结婚,男性占88.1%,女性占73.5%。约68.5%的癫痫患者有生育,约16.2%癫痫患者有离异。病情控制良好的患者的结婚率、生育率比发作频繁癫痫患者明显偏高,且对婚姻满意度较高。结论婚育状况是成年癫痫患者生活质量的重要组成部分。积极控制发作,良好的婚姻生活有助于提高癫痫患者的生活质量。

Objective To understand and improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy through investigating status of marriage and fertility of adults with epilepsy. Methods From June,2002 to June,2012,730 cases of adult patients with epilepsy in outpatient or inpatient department of our hospital were in investigated on their status of marriage and fertility through face-to-face or by telephone,including whether married,whether divorced,whether birth,marital satisfaction,the disease control situation,and so on. Results About 68% of patients with epilepsy got married after illness,male 88.1%,female account for 73.5%.The total fertility rate was about 68.5%,and the total divorce rate was about 16.2%.The marriage rate and fertility rate were significantly higher in those well-treated patients with epilepsy than those seizures frequently,and the same as marital satisfaction. Conclusions Status of marriage and fertility is an important part of the quality of life of adults with epilepsy.Positive control seizures and a good marriage help improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy.
