卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的影像学表现

Imaging manifestations of ovarian granulosa cell tumor

目的探讨卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的影像学特征。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的22例卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的临床、CT和MR资料。结果 17例原发,5例复发,其中,1例为双侧病变。肿瘤边界清楚,形态较规则,实性肿块11个,实性肿块伴局部囊性变8个,多房蜂窝状囊实性肿块4个。肿瘤实性成分密度/信号与肌肉相仿,增强后呈轻度强化,伴子宫内膜增厚9例,子宫肌瘤3例,腹腔积液7例。结论卵巢颗粒细胞瘤影像学有一定特征,即附件区形态较规则、体积较大且强化较轻的实性或囊实性肿块,结合临床症状有助于诊断及鉴别诊断。

Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations features of ovarian granulosa cell tumor. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical CT and MRI data was performed in 22 patients with operation and pathologically proven ovarian granulosa cell tumor. Results 17 cases of primary,5 cases of recurrence,of which,1 case was bilateral lesions.Tumor with clear boundary,regular shape,solid mass in 11,solid mass with partial cystic change in 8,many real honeycomb cystic solid mass in 4.The solid component density / signal and similar to the muscle,and showed mild enhancement,with endometrial thickening in 9 cases,3 cases of uterine leiomyoma,7 cases of peritoneal effusion. Conclusions The image of ovarian granulosa cell tumor has certain characteristics,namely the attachment region has regular shape,large size and strengthens the lighter solid or cystic mass,combined with clinical symptoms is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
