植入式静脉输液港的护理研究

目的探讨植入式静脉输液港常见的问题及护理对策。方法我院应用植入式输液港的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果常见并发症包括:回抽血困难、注射座处并发症、导管断裂、相关性感染以及药液外渗等。经对症处理后除了2例注射座囊袋皮肤破损、1例皮肤感染以及5例导管断裂患者被迫取出外,其余均继续使用。结论加强健康教育,做好管理和维护,注意观察和及时处理并发症是保证植入式静脉输液港长期使用的关键。

Objective To discuss the common problems and nursing countermeasures of the application of implanted venous infusion port. Methods The clinical data of patients with implanted venous infusion port in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The common complications included： backing blood difficulties, injection seat complications, catheter fracture, related infections and extravasation. After symptomatic treatment, except the two cases with injection seat pouch skin damage, one case of skin infection and five cases of catheter fracture patients were forced to remove the catheter, all other patients were continue to use. Conclusions In the application of implanted venous infusion port, strengthen health education, good management and maintenance and the observation and timely treatment of complications are the key factors to guarantee the long- term use.
