摘要
选择四种典型的新型水泥粉磨工艺作为研究对象,即辊压机+V型选粉机+球磨机开路水泥粉磨工艺、辊压机+V型选粉机+球磨机闭路水泥粉磨工艺、立式磨作为水泥终粉磨工艺和立式磨+球磨机闭路水泥粉磨工艺,通过筛析法测定细度,利用罗辛-拉姆勒-本尼特(Rosin-Rammlar-Bennet)表达式计算水泥的均匀性系数和特征粒径,分析水泥的粒度分布情况,同时还采用激光粒度仪测定水泥的粒度分布。研究结果显示:(1)所研究的四种粉磨工艺的水泥产品的颗粒分布比传统球磨机开路粉磨工艺的更加均匀;(2)所研究的四种粉磨工艺有利于水泥有效利用率的提高;(3)在传统球磨机粉磨工艺中增设由辊压机和V型选粉机组成的预粉磨系统,缩小了球磨机开路系统与闭路系统在粒度分布特征上的差异;(4)立式磨作为终粉磨工艺的产品粒度分布特征和辊压机或立式磨与球磨机组合系统产品的粒度分布特征相近。
Four typical cement grinding processes were selected for investigation and study, they were roller press + V separator + ball mill open circuit, roller press + V separator + ball mill close circuit, roller mill as the only final cement grinding device, and roller mill + ball mill close circuit. Through testing the fineness with sieving method, the uniformity coefficient and the characteristic diameter of particles were calculated by using Rosin-Rammlar-Bennet expression, and the cement particle distribution was analyzed. At the same time, laser particle size analyzer was also used to determine the particle size distribution. All the experiment results revealed that: ① all the four cement grinding processes have made the particle size distribution of cement products more uniform than the traditional ball mill open circuit process, ②all the four grinding processes have made cement products obtaining higher effective usage, ③adding a pre-grinding system comprised of roller press and V separator into traditional ball mill system would narrow the gap in particle size distribution between the open circuit and close circuit of ball mill, and ④the particle size distribution characteristic of cement produced by roller mill as final grinding process was similar to that of produced by processes composed of ball mill together with roller press or roller mill.
