摘要
企业资源计划(ERP)系统是一种建立在信息技术基础上的集成化管理信息系统,已经在国外很多汽车制造企业中应用,并且取得了良好的效果,但国内汽车企业多数还没有应用这一管理系统。文章根据现有的研究资料,就ERP系统在国内汽车制造业中的应用展开论述,详细论述了ERP系统的实施步骤即前期准备、实施条件、系统实施、支持运行四个步骤,分析了ERP系统实施过程中的风险,并提出了选择成熟合适的汽车制造控制风险的对策建议。
ERP system is built on the basis of IT integrated management information system, has been applied in many foreign automobile manufacturing enterprises, and achieved good results, but most of the domestic auto companies have not applied this management system. This paper aims discusses existing research data on the ERP system in the domestic auto manufacturing, and discussed in detail the steps of the implementation of the ERP system that preparation, implementation conditions, system implementation, support running four steps, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of the risk control process, in order to be able to provide some help to the automobile manufacturing enterprise management level.
