新疆乌鲁木齐市人口老龄化及养老金双轨问题研究

Study on Population Aging and Two-track Pension of Urumqi in Xinjiang

人口老龄化是社会发展进步的标志,是当今世界普遍存在的一个重大社会问题。当前乌鲁木齐市老龄化问题并不严重,但社会经济的快速发展会促进人口老龄化,而且随着当前社会完全进入老年型人口发展阶段,养老金双轨制改革作为关乎每个人退休后切身利益的问题受到热切关注。为了保持和促进乌鲁木齐市社会、经济、文化的协调发展,人口老龄化及养老金双轨问题的研究和应对措施的提出很有必要。因此,我们要提高意识,提前做好老龄化可能带来的负面问题的应对措施。

An aging population is the social development and progress of the symbol, in today＇s world is the prevalence of a serious social problem. The current Urumqi＇s aging problem is not serious, but the rapid development of social economy will intensify the aging population, and as the current social completely into the aging population development stage, the two-track pension system reform as for each people retire interests problems are brought to eager concern. In order to maintain and promote the Urumqi＇s social, economic and cultural harmony development, the study about the aging population and the two-track pension mode is very important. So we should improve the consciousness, ahead of aging could possibly have a negative effects.
