摘要
介绍了2种方法用于检测转向架某些部件故障。这2种方法是建立在振动加速度统计分析的基础上的。方法之一是当1台转向架的部件发生故障时,比较同一辆车前后转向架的振动状态。方法之二是通过检测振动加速度峰值的振幅和持续时间来检测故障迹象。通过模拟转向架部件某些故障的试验并进行分析,可以确认这2种方法用于新干线转向架的状态监视是可靠的。
It is described two algorithms for detecting faults in some parts of bogies. The two algorithms are based on the statistical analysis of vibration acceleration. One algorithm compares the vibration states between the front and rear bogies in the same car when one bogie has faulty parts. The other algorithm detects the signs of faults by examining the amplitude and duration of the peaks of measured vibration acceleration. Through the experiments simulating some faults in bogie parts and analysis. It is demonstrated the reliability of the schemes developed in this study for monitoring the condition of Shinkansen Bogies.
