摘要
石灰石是湿法脱硫运行成本的主要组成部分,通过对比理论石灰石耗量和实际石灰石耗量的偏差,可以找出影响石灰石利用率的主要影响因素,进而寻求提高石灰石利用率,降低石灰石耗量的有效途径,节约脱硫运行成本。通过实验研究,分别对浆液pH值、石灰石粒度、石灰石反应活性对石灰石的耗量影响进行了分析,为实际运行中降低石灰石耗量提高了参考。
