摘要
计算了主汽压力和余热锅炉入口烟温对1200t/d玻璃窑余热发电发电功率的影响。当余热锅炉的主汽压力从1.5MPa升高到4.5MPa时,余热发电系统的发电功率从7070kW降低到6050kW。余热锅炉入口温度上升,余热锅炉的排烟温度大幅度降低,余热锅炉的发电功率也大幅度升高。
Influences of steam pressure and boiler entrance gas temperature on power output of 1200 t/d glass furnace waste heat generation system were calculated. The results show that, steam pressure increasing from 1.5MPa to 4.5 MPa leading to the decreasing of power output from 7070 kW to 6050 kW, and the rising of boiler entrance gas temperature resulting in the increasing of power output of the waste heat generation system.
