紫外差分吸收光谱法CEMS气体室结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 从紫外差分吸收光谱法气体室的应用性,分析了该气体室的结构特征以及制作工艺性;采用尺寸链的计算方法确定了准直器组件的结构尺寸;依据实践,计算出筒体零件两端的同轴度上限;对透镜的维护做了专门设计,分析了气体室测量光程对分析仪器吸光度影响,总结了今后气体室研发的路径。
