Zhou Ying's Logical Theory about Tibetan Afairs During Qing Dynasty

在漫漫历史长河中,有很多英雄人物,他们顺应历史潮流,为了国家统一、民族团结和边疆稳定奉献了毕生心血甚至生命。然而,随着时间的流逝,不少这些曾经叱诧风云、辉耀历史的人物退出了历史舞台,也慢慢淡出了我们的视线。作为后人,我们有责任为他们树碑立传,让后世永远怀念和感激他们的功德。因为记住他们,就是牢记历史。周瑛,一位毕生致力于边疆民族事务的清代将领,便是这样一位人物。

In the long history, there were a lot of heroes. They complied with the stream of history, and devoted all their lives for the unity of country, consolidation of nationality, and stability of border- land. However, as the time passes, many of the prominent historical figures disappeared from the stage of history, and fade from our eyes. As the later generations, we have the responsibility to build up their images and let later generations cherish the memory of and appreciate their merits forev- er. Remember them is keeping the history firmly in mind. Zhouying,a general in Qing Dynasty who de- voted all his life for the affairs of borderland nationality,was such a figure.
