不同药物对创伤后应激障碍大鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素和皮质醇的影响

The Effect of Different Drugs on plasma ACTH and COR of rat with posttraumatic stress disorder

目的探讨甘麦大枣汤、栀子豉汤、天麻素胶囊等药对创伤后应激障碍(posttraumatic stress disorder,PTSD)大鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质醇(COR)水平的影响。方法 40只大鼠随机分空白组、模型组、甘麦大枣汤组、栀子豉汤组和天麻素组,每组各8只。建立PTSD大鼠模型(SPS模型)后,给予3种药物喂养大鼠14d,用放射免疫法测量各组大鼠血浆ACTH和COR含量。结果模型组与空白组比较,血浆ACTH、COR含量明显升高(P<0.01);栀子豉汤组、天麻素组、甘麦大枣汤组与模型组比较,血浆ACTH、COR含量明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),但各药物组之间ACTH、COR含量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘麦大枣汤、栀子豉汤、天麻素胶囊对创伤后应激障碍引起的大鼠内分泌功能紊乱具有调节作用。

Objective To explore the effects of ganmaidazao Decoction（GMDZ Decoction）, zhizichi Decoction（ZZC Decoction）and Gastrodine capsule on ACTH and COR in plasma of PTSD rats. Methods Forty male rats were divided into five groups： control group, model group, group of GMDZ Decoction, group of ZZC Decoction, group of Gastrodine. Using SPS animal model ,three drugs were fed for 14 days after SPS of rats. The plasm levels of ACTH, COR were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The result showed that the plasm levels of ACTH, COR were significantly increase in SPS model of rats in comparison with control group （P〈0. 01）. GMDZ Decoction, ZZC Decoction and Gastrodine could descend the contents of ACTH and COR, and there was no significant difference between three drug groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusions The drugs of GMDZ Decoction, ZZC Decoction and Gastrodine capsule can modulate the endocrine function disorder of PTSD rat.
