ICP测定不锈钢餐厨具中锰含量的不确定度评定

摘要 在不锈钢产品的元素成分检测方法中,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)是较常用的一种方法。文章以测定锰含量为例,对该检测方法的不确定度进行了评定,确定了测定过程的不确定度来源,主要有测定全过程的重复性、样品称量、标准曲线、标;住溶液、玻璃量具及仪器等。应用了现代数理统计方法对该检测方法中的不确定度分量进行了逐一分析,并得出了总合成不确定度。在不确定度分量中,标;住系列和标准溶液对总合成不确定度的影响最大,因此在检测工作中应特别注意标准系列和标准溶液配制的相关操作。 Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) emission spectrometry method in the detection of the elemental composition of stainless steel products, is the most common method. In this work, the uncertainty of the detection method was assessed with using determination of manganese content as an example. The source of the uncertainty of the determination process was determined, the detemfination of the reproducibility of the whole process, samples weighing, standard curve, standard solutions, glassware and instrnments. The components of the uncertainty were analyzed one by one using by the modem mathematical statistical methods, and obtained a total combined uncertainty. In the uncertainty components, the standard series and the standard solution play an important role of the total combined uncertainty. Therefore, we should pay special attention to the series of standards and standard solution preparation operation in detection work.
