摘要
组织理论是工业工程和管理科学的基本理论。组织理论研究具有理论与实践双重意义。在介绍组织理论演进历史及其特点的基础上，着重论述组织理论的发展态势──组织现象的复杂化、组织理论的集成化、组织结构的低熵化和组织功能的智能化。
Organization theory is the basic theory of industrial engineering and management science. The study of organization theory has both theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the history of organization theory and its features are introduced and the development of organization theory is studied, including the complexity of organizational phenomenon, the integration of organization theory, the low-entropy of organizational structure, and the realization of intellectual organizational function.
