摘要
QFD是一种顾客驱动的产品或服务设计方法论。由于其在质量管理中所处的重要地位,关于 QFD的研究方兴未艾。本文对 90年代以来 QFD理论与方法在 10个方面的研究进展进行了评述和分析。在此基础上,提出了值得进一步研究的5个重要方向。
Quality function deployment (QFD) is a customer-driven product or service design methodology. Researches on QFD are in full swing as it occupies a very important place in quality management. Ten aspects of QFD theories and methods developed in 1990's are reviewed and analyzed in this paper, and on the basis of which, five important directions for further research are put forward.
