摘要
尽管MRPⅡ和JIT是产生于不同的文化环境之中的生产管理模式,但这两者在我国的外资企业中却得到了较为广泛的结合和应用。在对上海市两家外资企业进行细致考察后,运用对策论和信息经济学中有关理论,从信息结构、激励和文化的深度对外企中MRP Ⅱ和JIT结合的效率进行了案例分析,从而找出了影响MRP Ⅱ和JIT实施效率的原因。
Although MRP and JIT are developed from different cultures, both of which are widely applied in foreign-invested enterprises in China. The article studies the efficiency of integrating JIT and MRP from the aspects of information structure. incentives and culture through the application of game theory and principal-agent theory, and finds the causes that affect the efficiency in integrating JIT and MRP
