摘要
目的探讨热环境训练法对本科生耐力素质训练的效果。方法采用教学试验法和数理统计法,比较热环境训练法对于大学一年级新生耐力跑成绩提高的效果。结果试验组学生在热环境下训练后,室内12 min跑的成绩,和对照组学生相比有显著提高(P<0.000 1);室外5 km跑的成绩也有显著差异(P<0.000 1)。结论在热环境中进行训练,由于环境温湿度的提高,使机体处于超负荷的状态,可更好地提高心脏的射血能力,提高最大摄氧量,再辅以身体各项生理指标的监测以进行运动量的及时调整,训练手段更为科学,更加符合人体运动规律,对迅速提高学生的耐力素质效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of hot environment training method on college freshmen' physical endurance. Methods Using teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, the scores of endurance running of test group were compared with the control group. Results After hot environment training, the distance of 12 -min running of test group students were significantly longer than the control group( P 〈 0. 0001 ) ; the scores of outdoor 5 km running were significantly different from the control group (P 〈 0. 0001 ). Conclusion Due to the higher temperature and humidity than normal circumstance, trainers' bodies were overloaded in hot environment. Training under this circumstance can increase the heart ejection and maximum oxygen uptake abilities. Accompanying with monitor of trainers' physical index, the training amount can be adjust scientifically , The hot environment training was proved to be a more reasonable training method than common methods, matching the law of human motion well than conventional training, having good effects on increasing the physical endurance of college students rapidly.
