摘要
为改善企业管理、提高整体效益,介绍了一种企业管理优化新方法──企业瓶颈管理法(BNA)。内容包括以下几个方面:企业瓶颈(BN)的定义及其特征分析;企业BN的系统分类,企业BN的识别方法,包括检核表法、专家诊断法、问题暴露法及对比法;企业 BN成因分析;企业 BN评价方法,包括BN价值评价法与 BN矩阵评价法;企业 BN消除原则、消除方法及工作程序等。最后,给出了一个实际企业应用案例,结果表明该方法具有良好的推广应用价值。
To improve the management and the overall benefits of enterprises, a new optimal method of business management-the bottleneck analysis (BNA) is introduced, which includes the definition and the feature analysis of enterprise bottleneck (BN); systematic classification of enterprise BN; the enterprise BN identification method: checking table method, experts diagnosis method, problem discovering method and contrastive method; causal analysis of formation of enterprise BN; the evaluation method and elimination rules of enterprise BN, and related work procedures. Finally, the paper gives a practical application case, the results of which show that the new method is of great value in application and dissemination.
