摘要 目的优选土三七中总酚酸的最佳提取工艺。方法应用正交设计实验方法,以没食子酸为对照品,用分光光度法测量其含量,考察超声提取功率、超声提取时间、料液比以及超声提取次数对结果指标的影响,优选最佳提取工艺。结果实验结果显示,在8倍水量、75W功率下超声提取2次,每次60min提取条件下,其总酚酸提取率达到5.73%。结论该方法安全经济,操作简单,结果稳定可靠。 Objective To optimize the best extraction technology of the total phenolic acid in Sedum Aizoon L.. by orthogonal design. Method Gallic acid was taken as reference sample and was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry to observe and study through the orthogonal design the effect of the efficiency, the time, the proportion between the substance and the liquid and the times of the extraction on the result index. Result The experiment showed that the yield of total phenolic acid was up to 5.73 ~ when the water was 8 times as much as the substance and the extraction was done twice ( each time for 60 min) at a ultrasonic power of 75 W. Conclusions The method introduced in this paper is not only simple and reliable but also safe and saving.
