铸造纯钛桩用于根折前牙的应用研究

Clinical study on the use of casting pure titanium post in the root fracture of anterior tooth

目的评估铸造纯钛桩在前牙根折中的应用疗效。方法对36例40颗根折前牙的病例行铸造纯钛桩修复,并行1a随访。结果 40颗纯钛桩固定后观察1a,根中1/3术后成功率为80.00%,根尖1/3术后成功率为40.00%,根颈1/3术后成功率为84.00%。结论本方法安全、简单易行,免除了患者拔牙根的痛苦,减少治疗费用,缩短治疗时间,适合临床上长期应用。

Objective To assess the clinical effect of the use of casting pure titanium post in the root fracture of anterior tooth. Methods 40 root fractures of anterior tooth restored with pure titanium were observed over one year. Results The success rate of the operation on the parts of the middle, the apex and the cervix of the observed roots were 80.00%, 40.00% and 84.00% respectively. Conclusion The operation introduced in this paper was simple and safe. It can not only lessen the patients~ pain caused by operation and reduce their expenditure but also shorten the treatment time. This method is worth popularizing in clinical use.
