摘要
从准时化生产方式的基本原理出发，论述了在实际生产中为了适应市场经济多品种、小批量和短交货期的要求，企业构筑柔性生产体制的做法和实施要点，并用实践的效果说明准时生产方式对提高企业综合效益的积极作用。
Based on the principle of just-in-time, this paper expounds the establishment of flexible man ufacturing system to meet the demands of wider variety, smaller batches, and shorter term of delivery in the market economy. It also demonstrates that the JIT system has positive effect on promoting the comprehensive benefits of an enterprise.
