摘要
介绍了中国铝业中州分公司选矿-拜耳法生产氧化铝的一段法分解工艺。针对选精矿溶出铝酸钠溶液的特性,通过研究微细成核机理与长大平衡机理,采用了微细粒子平衡的方法,并辅助添加国产分解助剂的措施,实现了产品的砂状化。
One - stage precipitation process is introduced to produce alumina by Dressing Bayer process in Zhongzhou Branch of CHALC0 in this paper. According to the characteristics of digestion sodium aluminate liquor from dressing concentrate and mechanisms of micro nucleating and growing balance, method of micro fine particle balance is used, and domestic precipitation additive is added, then sandy alumina is produced.
