利用收尘料生产低钠氧化铝工艺研究

Research on production low sodium alumina from collecting dust

本文简单介绍了低钠氧化铝特点,通过对收尘料洗涤试验,探讨了温度、时间、添加剂对洗涤后收尘料中氧化钠含量的影响,找到了一种收尘料脱碱生产低钠氧化铝的新方法,使收尘氧化铝的用途得到进一步优化,为下一步对收尘氧化铝单独处理提高附加值奠定了技术基础,具有一定的推广价值。

Characteristics of low sodium alumina are briefly introduced. Through washing test for collecting dust,influence of temperature, time and additive on the content of sodium oxide in washed collecting dust are discussed, and a new method for production low sodium alumina by dealkalization collecting dust is found,which may expend application of alumina from collecting dust and lay a technical foundation for improve added value of treatment alumina from collecting dust.
