摘要
以沈阳铝镁设计研究院研制开发的铝电解生产控制系统为背景,探讨如何利用各种检测、化验分析数据及信息处理技术为电解槽建立一个"视窗"系统,使研究人员、生产操作者"看清"复杂的铝电解生产过程,从而准确控制及操作电解槽,使其稳定、高效生产,并为电解槽的深入研究提供帮助,同时希望为未来不断进步和发展的相关技术提供一个可"扩展"的铝电解槽视窗平台。
Based on aluminum reduction production controlling system developed by SAMI, this paper discussed that how to utilize data of detecting, testing and analyzing and information processing technology to build a window system for pots so that the researchers and operators can clearly observe the complexes aluminum reduction process to exactly control and operate pots and provide technology support for future studies of aluminum reduction pots, in the meanwhile it is hoped that this window platform system could be extend for relative technologies of continuously development.
