摘要
以FLUENT软件为计算工具,以敞开式阳极焙烧炉火道顶部结构为对象对炉面传热进行了数值模拟。通过对不同火道顶部结构的造价、蓄热以及散热损失的比较,优化和确定其最佳的材料和厚度,制定出更为优化的敞开式阳极焙烧炉火道顶部结构设计方案。
Numerical simulation is carried out for furnace surface heat transfer, in which the FLUENT software is used as the calculating tool and the top structure of open type anode baking furnace is as the object. By the comparison of the different cost,heat storage and heat loss of different top structures of the flue, the best material and thickness are optimized and fixed, so the better optimized flue top structure design scheme of open type anode baking furnace is established.
