镁合金的Al5Ti1B细化研究

摘要 通过金相显微镜、电子探针、扫描电镜、X射线衍射等检测手段研究了Al5Ti1B对AM60B镁合金的细化,结果表明在AM60B合金中加入Al5Ti1B具有良好的细化效果。TiB2和α-Mg同属密排六方晶体结构,晶粒错配度相近,可以作为Mg基底的非均质形核核心。合金在凝固时,多余的Ti元素在枝晶前沿富集,形成成分过冷,抑制晶粒长大。 Refinement of the magnesium alloy by A15Til B was investigated by metallographic microscope, electron probe micro - analyzer ( EPMA), scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and X - ray diffraction (XRD). It was founded that Al5 Til B alloy had significantly effect on grain size of AM60 B, TiB2 and α - Mg were both of close - packed hexagonal crystals structure, with similar lattice misfit, could be used as Mg substrate for nucleation, the redundant Ti elements in the dendrite frontier were enriched, and formed composition undercooling zone to inhibit the grain growth when the alloy solidification.
