梢地祛银胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Study on Shaodi Quyin Capsules in the Treatment of Psoriasis

目的:研究梢地祛银胶囊对银屑病模型的治疗作用及止痒抗炎作用,为临床用于治疗银屑病提供理论依据。方法:以小鼠尾鳞片表皮模型和雌激素期阴道上皮模型,观察梢地祛银胶囊对银屑病模型的治疗作用;以豚鼠磷酸组织胺致痒阈实验、角叉菜致大鼠足跖肿胀实验,观察梢地祛银胶囊对实验性瘙瘁和急性炎症的抑制作用。结果:梢地祛银胶囊能显著促进鼠尾鳞片颗粒层的形成、抑制鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,提高磷酸组织胺对豚鼠的致痒阈、抑制实验性小鼠急性炎症,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:梢地祛银胶囊可能通过促进颗粒层的形成、抑制表皮细胞增殖与促进其分化、抑制瘙痒和炎症,而发挥治疗银屑病的作用。

Objective：To study the therapeutic efficacy with antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects of Shaodi Quyin capsules in the treatment of psoriasis to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of psoriasis.Method：Mouse tail scales epidermal model and estrogen vaginal epithelial model were used to observe the efficacy of the capsules on psoriasis.Histamine phosphate-induced guinea pig itch threshold experiment and carrageenan-induced rat paw edema were applied in the observation of antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects of the capsules.Result：Shaodi Quyin capsules could significantly promote the formation of the granular layer of mouse tail scale and the inhibition of rat vaginal epithelial cell mitosis with statistically significant differences（P 0.05）.The itch threshold was increased by the capsules in guinea pigs,and the acute inflammation was inhibited in the experimental mice with statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shaodi Quyin capsules can be used in the treatment of psoriasis through antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects on the basis of the proliferation inhibition of the epidermal cells,and the promotion of the particle layer formation and differentiation.
